1999 PRS Swamp Ash Special

1999 PRS Swamp Ash Special with a host of upgrades and work.

Built from a beautiful piece of ash this guitar features a flamed maple neck with beautiful figuring on the 9.5” radius board. Abalone dots serve as your fret markers. The frets are in great condition and have recently been plek‘d at Ben and Bucky’s guitar boutique under the supervision of their master luthiers, they were polished then the guitar was perfectly set up.

While the stock McCarty pickups and Hotrails Will be included the guitar is currently setup with Handwound Gemini PAF style buckers with a strat middle pickup. The pups are wired with a push pull volume (bringing in the middle pickup into any position) and push pull tone knob (splitting the humbuckers into single coils). This means you have a full array of strat sounds as well as traditional humbucker tones as well. On top of this you can have a lovely blended humbucker and middle single coil sound!
The guitar has some scratches and chips but nothing major. It has been played in and feels super comfortable.

This guitar is a superb instrument and has had over 1000 dollars put into it.
